Were you stuck in position #0 before? Queue issues should be resolved.

Thought I would do a quick update on this issue that some of our users have been experiencing. If you had been stuck in position 0 for a while, this should be resolved now. If you still have some issues, please let me know in the comments (make sure to include your hashtag!)

If you get a message that your profile does not exist, you need to click the refresh profile button to queue up your profile to be added to the system. That is the only way your profile will get added.
