Bridge Spam Magic Archer
clash with ash posted 5 years ago (updated 5 years ago)

In my video today I’m talking about the magic archer which I believe is one of the highest skilled cards you can play in the game. This is a bridge spam deck that has been around a while in the meta ans it’s still an extremely strong deck and it’s used by players on high level ladder. The fireball zap and zap synergies extremely well together and work great at supporting a push or helping your princess towers defend. Your win condition is the battle ram and it’s a great card to apply pressure to your opponent but it will most likely need some form of support in order to ensure it connects to their towers. This deck can easily counter a lot of decks in the meta because of how versatile it can be if you play it correctly.

Inferno Dragon

Inferno dragon is another extremely strong card, it can act as a zap bait card which the opponent might need to use to stop the charging battle ram. It is your main tank killer, you can combo this card with a ice golem to tank damage while he melts their troops.

Lumberjack

Lumberjack is a fast paced card, he can chop through a lot of cards and then go on a counter push. You should try to play your battle ram behind this card so you get the rage spell on the ram when to lumber jack dies.

Magic Archer

Make sure you check out my video to see some of the most optimal placements for this card depending on what cards your opponent throws at you. It acts similar to a princess because of the extremely long range. You should mainly use this card firstly as a support card but the placement is important if you want to get the maximum value and even tower damage.

Battle Ram

As I mentioned above this card is your win condition, you can also use it to act as a tank if you need to on defence and your ice golem isn’t in cycle. It can be used in a similar way to the ice golem if you want to kite units away from your towers and even into the opposite lane if you play this card in the centre as their troops cross the bridge.

Early Stage Gameplan
X1

Early game you should try to figure out what your opponent is playing and what their win condition is, this will help you know when you can go aggressive and when you need to play passively. Early game try to make positive elixir trades. If the opponent starts to match with an elixir pump or a heavy tank then you can go aggressive in the opposite lane with your battle ram and another support troop. Hold onto your inferno dragon to help take out the tank. If they play a hog rider you can use lumberjack on defence and then play the battle ram as the lumberjack crosses the the bridge to go on a counter push.

Late Stage Gameplan
X2

Later game you’ll be able to cycle the ram more to keep pressuring your opponent, try to defend and stack up some good cards on defence so you have a good counter push. Remember how important the magic archer can be both on offence and defence so try to protect him and wait for your opponent to give you value before playing him. Goodluck using this deck everyone let me know how you all get on!
