If you're a mortar player you will love this cheap hog mortar cycle deck. This deck has enough protection to keep the mortar in play during the match and enough cheap support cards and bait cards to keep your hog and mortar cycling with ease.
Your hog will be a tank for your mortar and will serve a great distraxtion to allow your mortar to either lock on to a tower or at least get another hit done on a unit or tower. The hog is also a great card to earn chip damage and let's be honest, you can't ignore this powerhouse.
The mortar can save you offensively & defensively and has become such a great powerful and cheap building. It definitely remains as a huge part of the meta and with its cheap cost it cycles very well in 2x time.
The rascals still are powerful after the nerf and serve as a tank for your mortar or support for your hog and can be used to bait out the log from your opponent's deck.
In the early stages you want to be able to push with your rascals and setup a push with the hog and eventually the mortar once you have the gobs or bats in rotation to support. Using the rascals can bait the log which will give you an opportunity to use the spear goblins or goblin gang. The bats can also bait the zap and you can again use the goblins. The deck can serve as a bait deck and quickly turn into a cycle deck in 2x time.
In 2x time, cycle your way to a strong finish. This 3.0 deck becomes 1.5 so imagine how quickly you can counter and overwhelm your opponent with strong hog pushes and if you have your mortar locked in you will be able to protect it with ease.
