#1 Pekka Bridge Spam!
clash with ash posted 5 years ago (updated 5 years ago )

At the time I made this video Dark Sky had two accounts inside the top 10 in the world. This is also the deck that I’ve committed to playing for the next year to help me improve my game play and understand how this deck works against different archetypes and how it will evolve throughout the balance changes over the next year. The beauty of this deck is that it’s incredibly defensive and also allows your to play aggressively at the bridge and often win the battle. You can also apply opposite lane pressure if the opponent plays a heavy unit like lava hound or golem. Bait can be a tricky matchup to go against, you should definitely save the electo wizard to defend against the goblin barrel. If you’re up against lava hound then try to bait out the tombstone which will allow you to spam units at the bridge. You’re two spells work well at helping support your pushes, if the opponent has an elixir collector then focus on poisoning the pump during single elixir then posion the three musketeers in double elixir. The posion also work grest to protect your push from swarm units like minions, goblins, skarmy. The zap can be used to reset an inferno tower or on a goblin barrel if your ewiz is out of cycle.

Electro Wizard

Ewiz is a defensive unit, his stun mechanic slows down their push buying you other units more time to stop them. If the opponent has inferno dragon use this guy to support your pekka to help protect her.

P.E.K.K.A

This girl is great on defence and will be your main counter to tanks like golem, giant also works well as a meat shield for your bridge spam units. She is easily kited so make sure you support her if she has enough health as she crosses the bridge. If the opponent has skarmy save your zap to protect her from the skeletons.

Battle Ram

Battle ram is your main bridge spam unit, use it to apply opposite lane pressure if your opponent over commits in the opposite lane. It can also be used to kite units away from your towers and even into the opposite lane.

Early Stage Gameplan
X1

Early game play passively, react to your opponent and see what they’re playing. You can cycle bandit at the bridge or even battle ram to see how they defend. Save your pekka for when you need her, cycling her early game will often lead to your opponent rushing you opposite lane and taking a tower. Royal ghost can be a good opening playing, he only costs three elixir can will demand a response from your opponent too. If you see an opportunity to go aggressive at the bridge then take it and punish your opponent. Just be careful not to over commit to early in the match.

Late Stage Gameplan
X2

During double elixir you can easily apply dual lane pressure and also take advantage of your counter pushes and easily over whelm your opponent. Start to use your spells to support your troops and protect them to make them live longer. Check out my video to see top ladder game play and also my self using this deck!
