Viable Three Musketeer Deck!
clash with ash posted 2 weeks ago (updated 2 weeks ago)

The Syrian Pro player Osama is on my channel showing us this three musketeer deck that he believes is still viable to use after the most recent balance changes. Of course you will need the elixir pump to help you gain an elixir advantage over your opponent and it will also stop your opponent punishing you when you place your three musketeers. The Musketeers will be more viable to use in double elixir when you can quickly recover that elixir cost and support them more. You have a lot of fireball or poison bait in this deck with the minion horde and three musketeers, you also have zap and log bait with the battle ram, bats and goblin gang. If you successfully bait out a spell then you can use one of your other units to support your defence or also play them behind your giant to support him. Against lava hound decks you have plenty of air counters, however the main thing you should do is apply opposite lane pressure when the opponent places their lava hound. Other beat down decks such as giant, you should try and play same lane but let the opponents troops cross the river first so your towers can help you defend. Bait decks can be tricky to handle especially early game if you can’t keep up with their cycle, try and play same lane and take advantage of your counter pushes, keep pumping up and protecting the pump when you can. If the opponent has rocket play the pump in front of the king tower to force your opponent to rocket. You can easily split many units in this deck to apply dual lane pressure, this can be good to do against decks with out much splash damage units or not many ground troops.

Cards Guides
Giant

Giant is a good meat shield and tank for your other troops in this deck. He’s a good card to use to pressure your opponent if they place a heavy unit in the opposite lane. Have your zap ready to protect him from units like inferno dragon, bats or minion horde. He can also be used to kite units like pekka, prince etc away from your tower and into the opposite lane.

Battle Ram

Battle ram should be used to apply pressure when you need to force your opponent to defend. Remember sometimes the best defence is a good offence. You can use this card opposite lane to split lane push, some opponents struggle to successfully defend dual lane pressure.

Early Stage Gameplan
X1

Early game you can cycle goblin gang at the bridge to see what small spell your opponent is playing. Try to cycle to your elixir pump as quick as your can. I dont recommend playing three musketeers during single elixir unless your opponent uses their fireball on your minions or you know you have a good elixir lead. Don’t over commit you should mainly focus on defending and counter pushing unless your against a heavy beat down deck like golem or lava hound where you should apply pressure opposite lane.

Late Stage Gameplan
X2

Double elixir is the ideal time to start using your three musketeers. Make sure they’re protected as much as possible by playing them behind your giant and not split lane push with them. Use your other units to support both lanes where possible. If you’ve taken a tower then focus on defence while apply light pressure opposite lane with the battle ram. Goodluck if you chose to use this deck! Check out the video to see how osama uses this deck.
