Today we finally have Dandelion who is a Korean pro on the channel sharing his #1 deck! Although the miner is receiving a nerf it main roll in this deck is a support card or a mini tank so its nerf really won’t affect it inside this deck! Now this is a bait deck, the skeletons barrel, goblins and bats can all act as a small spell bait card, so once you’ve successfully baited out their spells then go ahead and punish your opponent! The inferno dragon is your main tank killer, so against golems, giant or lava hound he will be an important defensive unit, if the opponent has a zap spell then use your bats to bait out their spell so they can’t use it on the inferno dragon. Skeleton barrel can offer a lot of value for 3 elixir, it is a great offensive unit that can be used to apply pressure and force a response from your opponent. You also have the miner which is a great mini tank for you bats or spear goblins which can also be used to apply pressure at the bridge. Dandelion will also use the spear goblins and skeleton barrel at the bridge, this is probably his favourite play to make, especially against opponents with log or zap in their deck.
From watching today’s pro you can see he will rarely use this guy in single elixir and will often wait until double elixir unless he can get good value from his enter the arena ability. Always counter push behind him, you can use miner as a support card onto their tower to acquire extra chip damage.
Snowball is your only only spell inside this deck, use it to protect your units from bats or skeletons. Its knock back ability makes it great on defence against balloons, hog rider or Royale hogs. Its slow ability can also help your units win the battle at the bridge and give you a decent counter push, you will also need to use this card to help defend against minions and often goblin barrel.
I would say that this card is your main win condition inside the deck, dandelion will play this card more than any other to constantly keep up the pressure while forcing the opponent to play elixir defensively rather than on offence. You can pair it with miner or spear goblins, it can be played same lane or opposite lane to your counter push depending on how many counter cards your opponent has.
Early game focus on getting some small chip damage while learning what deck your opponent is playing. Don’t play the mega knight unless you have no other option because he is to easily countered without the correct support cards. Don’t over commit in single elixir, it’s better to play passively and not investing more than 5-6 elixir on offence.
During double elixir you can use the skeleton barrel at the bridge as a cycle card, this is a great play because it applies pressure while also allowing you to get back to the defensive units that you require. You can start using the miner more offensively too, you can see from the replays that Dandelion will apply dual lane pressure throughout double elixir. Goodluck with this deck everyone!
