Today I'm sharing this lavaloon deck that also has the miner poison combo which you can rely on for that extra offensive pressure. In single elixir I like the use the miner to help chip away at the tower while tanking damage for my counter push troops or the spear goblins from the hut. You should only use the poison spell when you can get good value for helping protect the hound or the miner, for example against minion horde, musketeer, skarmy etc. Once you hit double elixir you can begin using the hound to tank tower damage while trying to build up huge push. You can also apply dual lane pressure if you have a good elixir advantage. Against graveyard decks use the poison on defence and try to take down their tank as soon as possible. Keep switching lanes and try to take as little damage as possible in single elixir. Against bridge spam I rely on my goblin hut to kite then I'll use my mega minion or barbs on defence. Use the miner to tank damage for your counter push cards and use balloon if you know they're low on elixir.

Balloon is a good unit to use when to need to apply pressure when you know the opponent is low on elixir or if you need to force them to split elixir so they can't fully support their push. It can be paired with miner or lava hound on offence.

Goblin Hut

Goblin hut is a great card to keep playing throughout the match because it is extremely valuable on defence and the spawning spear goblins are great at chipping away at the opponents towers. Use this card to kite offensive units like golem, giant, balloon, hogs etc into the centre of the arena.

Barbarians are often underrated on defence however they are great tank killers and can also be sued to surround splash damage units like the sparky, executioner, wizard etc. They can be split between two lanes, this works well against opponents with fireball.

Early Stage Gameplan

Early game you can start out with a goblin hut, miner or even a balloon if you're an aggressive player. Try to make positive elixir trades on defence while taking as little tower damage as possible. Take any poison value you can, especially against goblin hut or furnace. Keep using the miner, remember to switch up his tower placement, to help maintain a tower damage advantage.

Late Stage Gameplan

Once you're in double elixir I like to ramp up the offensive pressure, keep using the hound to tank for your troops. You can also use miner to tank for the lava pups. Good luck with this deck, remember keep using those goblin huts because they support you on defence as well as offence.
