MOST DEADLY COMBO... EVER?!?
Ash posted 3 years ago

Today we have BeastMode on the channel who is playing live inside a grand challenge using this royal giant fisher man that is absolutely insane right now! The hunter and fisher is what gives this dead such a deadly combo because the fisher man can reel in the opponents defensive of offensive units. Play the hunter behind the fisher man, who will tank damage, to increase the hunters DPS. Against heavy hitting units like pekka, prince etc use skeletons to tank a few hits, keeping your units alive as long as possible. This deck also has a lot of zap / small spell bait, particularly with the bats and skarmy, use them to help protect your other units and try to never give your opponent any form of spell value. Against inferno tower decks you can use bats at the bridge to support the royal giant, this will distract the tower. If your opponent is playing a graveyard deck you should try to stop their tank at the bridge and use hunter or bats to defend the spawning skeletons.

Royal Giant

Royal Giant is your main offensive unit, he's a good option to use to apply pressure at the bridge or in front of your counter push units. He is usually hard countered by pekka or inferno tower. However with the help of the fisher man for the pekka and the bats for the inferno tower, you can easily break through their defence.

Giant Skeleton

Giant skeleton will mainly be used to take care of the opponent support cards, this guys death bomb is what makes him so strong so utilise it to your advantage as much as possible. He can also be used as a tank on a counter push and can literally block up a lane and shut down an entire push from the opponent.

Hunter

Hunter is a strong defensive unit that should be protected as much as possible, he deals more damage at close range and you can use the fisherman to pull units close too him. He's also great at helping you defend against balloon, lava hound etc.

Early Stage Gameplan
X1

You can start out a match or wait for the opponent to make the first play and react to what they do. If you make the first move the best units are either the heal spirit or bats. Learn what deck the opponent is playing and try to make positive elixir trades on defence and then counter push with your surviving units.

Late Stage Gameplan
X2

In double elixir you can begin to ramp up the offensive pressure and start to make prediction plays. You should still aim to protect the hunter as much as possible. Good luck with this deck everyone!
