Today we have miniminter back on the channel sharing this OP balloon deck that he's been having a huge success with. There are lots of great combos inside this deck that you should take advantage of. The first one is the mega knight balloon combo, you can use the mega knight on defence and then counter push with the balloon behind him. One of the strongest defensive combos right now is the hunter and fisherman combo, if you can keep both units alive you can apply offensive pressure on the counter push too. Try to get value from your cycle cards throughout the match, save the barb barrel for defence against bait and the minions for defence against air decks.

Mega Knight

Mega knight has a unique enter the arena ability which allows you to get extra value for elixir on defence and it's high HP allows you to counter push too. You can drop him on top of support cards on defence while your hunter deals with their tank. He can also be used to knock back units like hog rider, battle ram etc.

Balloon

Balloon is your main win condition and is best used when you have a unit tanking tower damage. You can also use the heal spirit to help support this card on offence as well as the fisherman who can be used to pull range units like musketeer or hunter away from your balloon. Even if you're not getting a direct hit with this card it's important to keep up the pressure because you'll still get death damage and it also forces your opponent to invest elixir into defend rather than throwing it all on offence.

Fisherman

Fisherman is a beefy unit that can also be utilised as tank on offence for the balloon. His main role is to help protect you balloon on offence and also pull units away from your princess towers. You can use him to pull ranged units onto your side of the arena, this works well against princess. Try to use him to activate your king tower in single elixir if you get the opportunity.

Early Stage Gameplan

Early game play patiently and wait for the opponent to make a mistake, if they use two air counters in their first few cards then apply opposite lane pressure with the balloon. If you opponent starts out with a heavy tank like golem or hound then play mega knight in the opposite lane if you have him in cycle. Remember to try and activate your king tower by using your fisherman.

Late Stage Gameplan

Once you hit double elixir you can start ramping up the offensive pressure, remember to pressure the bridge if the opponent makes a mistake. You can start to use you spells to support your units on offence, especially the fireball which can be used to make prediction plays. Good luck with this deck everyone!
